Return Policy

• 30 days on all standard items.
• A standard item is any item marked with an (A).
• Custom orders, or orders marked with a (B), cannot be returned.
• A custom order is marked with a (B), or custom, or with a custom escort card.
• There is a 20% restocking fee on all orders returned.
• Customer pays for return shipping.
• Please include your Name/address/order number. This must be listed on a note inside the return package or on the return label.
• We are not responsible for INTERNATIONAL custom Fees and duty fees etc.
• Free shipping is ONLY for shipments in the US. International shipping needs to be paid for by the buyer. We will deduct 10% of the shipping on orders over $35.00.
